10 years after its first appearance in 2015, Italy returns to exhibit at the Banquet at Revelations, as Country of Honor, accompanied by ICE - the Italian Trade Agency, together with the Italian Embassy and the Italian Ministry of Culture. The Italian Banquet presents the works of three young craft studios, which have in common the fact that they have chosen the peninsula as their home. A country with a rich artistic and artisanal heritage, Italy has become a sensitive terrain of expression for these studios of semi-precious stones, textiles and mosaics, between technical tradition and formal innovation.
Brazil’s participation at “Le Banquet” of the Révélations Biennial 2025 brings together Rodrigo Tremembé (fashion, textile, visual arts), Amência Rocha (lighting, straw), Chico Ferreira (ceramics, objects), Sérgio Teófilo (wood, design), Diogum (iron, visual arts), and Fernando Toko (wood, object design). Under the theme “Roots and Horizons,” this selection explores the dialogue between tradition and innovation, showcasing how Brazilian craftsmanship transcends material and symbolic boundaries. Representing Brazil in this privileged space reaffirms our cultural and creative relevance on the global stage, projecting our roots into innovative horizons.
