Kim Suyeon produces her works out of glass, using the medium as a drawing tool of sorts. Her series Forest of the stool is a two-dimensional work depicting a myriad of sitting stools using thin glass stringers. For the artist, the stool symbolizes “the thought process” or “a contemplative tool".
