American, living/working in France for the past 40 years. My sculpture develops through three different series: Portraits, Stacking & Piling, & Ceramic-ing. My sculptures question social & political concerns today. In Ceramic-ing I research the clays transformation from liquid to solid, rough to glossy, brut to sublime.
