Luo Baohua, born in 1964 in Yuhuan, Zhejiang, began his career in mineral research in 1989. In 2003, he invented a method for refining minerals, creating unique colors. In 2005, he founded a factory in Shanghai. Since 2019, he has been creating works using translucent minerals. Certified Master Artisan in 2023.
