The Association d'Histoire de l'Art des Outre-mers (AHAO) was born from a desire to celebrate, unite and promote art history of the French Overseas Territories. Bringing together professionals and postgraduate students, AHAO believes in the power of art history to shed light on the stories, identities, and legacies that shape these territories.
