As a ceramist-sculptor, I draw my inspiration from the
landscapes of my homeland, Ecuador. My clay
sculptures occupy space like calligraphy. I seek to create
aesthetic emotion that evokes the obscure power of the
telluric forces (volcanoes, fusion, whirlpools) and the marine
elements.
